Where bookkeepers can get stuck with debtor management
You probably already see the signs in your clients’ accounts: overdue invoices, inconsistent follow-up, outdated Terms of Trade and accounts receivable processes that are not working as well as they should.
As a bookkeeper, you are well placed to help. But turning that need into a structured debtor management service can be harder. What should you review? What should the debtor management procedure include? How do you handle payment conversations and price the service?
Collecting with Confidence gives New Zealand bookkeepers a practical framework, debtor management systems and ready-to-use tools to help clients improve cashflow, while adding a valuable new income stream to their bookkeeping business.
